ADDITIONAL PRESENTATION
Dear Author/Presenter,
ICWE16 is adopting the policy of “one registration / one presentation” (either oral or poster presentation).
Nevertheless, coming to meet the requests of colleagues with very high travel expenses, we shall accept additional presentations by the same presenter with a reduced fee of 500 Euro (each one).
We are confident this will help in those peculiar situations.

 

Registration will close on August 21, 2023.
From this date only onsite registrations will be accepted.

Registration fee includes:
Congress kit, access to the scientific sessions, admission to the exhibition and poster area, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and working lunch as indicated in the programme, Welcome Reception on August 27, the right to deliver the oral presentation of an accepted abstract (one registration – one oral presentation).

Payments by bank transfer will be possible until Sunday, August 6. From Monday, August 7 only credit card payment will be accepted.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation should be notified to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International in writing only. The registration fees less than 25% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before July 27, 2023. After this date no refund will be possible. Refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the congress.

 

UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT
In the unlikely case that the ICWE 2023 cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, pandemic, acts of any government, etc.) the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
